Job Title: Configuration Manager/Release Engineer Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 6 Months Contract Max Rate: $48/hr SEEKING LOCAL CANDIDATES WHO CAN F2F IN ATLANTA, GA. Description: The Engineer for this position deploys, test and supports distributed solution and mobile based application. Coordinates, plans and manages application deliveries w/ business analysts, product managers and Data Ctr. Controls, manages continuous integration build, test and deploy environment Submit change request to the data center Be on conference calls with the Data Center (DC) Must be available when DC is implementing the Change Requests (CR) Get approval from the test team for the promotion of the change Send Manager the exit report with the CR Java, C++, ObjectiveC, C#, Linux, Jira, Jenkins, Linux Configuration management & testing. Must know how to log onto LINIX & look at a log file & if there are issues input in JIRA (defect tracking sys) Must know how to use Jenkins for continuous integration Manages delivery of solution using agile process Support server and network access for team members Raise change request following existing data center processes Attend the change review meetings Provide the deployment artifacts to Data Center Support the implementation of change order by Data Center Engineer to ensure successful deployment and promotion of updates to QA and Production environments. Trouble shooting the runtime issues at high level, provide updates and resolutions to 2nd level support. Linux Administration.
