Kindly find below requirement and forward resumes to [email protected] Title: *Oracle R12 Test Lead (In-Person required) OR Oracle Financial Test Lead* Location: Baltimore, MD Duration: Long Term Description: The R12 Test Lead will serve as an interface point between stakeholders to ensure that the planning and execution of R12 test activities are congruent across the program. Responsibilities include: *Prepare and execute approved Test Approach for the R12 Upgrade Understand the current Production Maintenance Test Strategy and integrate it with R12 Test execution approach *Triage and communicate to work across teams and with external contractors for coordinating all Test activities and execute per client approved Plan. *Possess good Oracle Financials business process knowledge preferably Federal Financials *Extensive experience defining test approach and flexibility to accommodate contingencies without compromising quality of code delivered to the Client *Strategize and develop requirements traceability around testable requirements and ensure complete coverage during test execution *Possess clear vision and priorities to guide and support team members on day to day activities *Show significant, prior experience in the HP Quality Center and leveraging its reporting for providing status to management, tracking risks and progress. *Requirements include:* *Bachelor's Degree *Previous Test Lead experience on a Oracle Financials R12 Implementation, preferably Oracle Federal Financials. *10+ years' experience and technical knowledge with test methodologies and software quality assurance. *Experience with HP Quality Center testing tools. *Bachelor’s Degree *Desired: Skills* *Oracle Federal Financials strongly preferred *Strong oral and written communication skills *Knowledge of various testing tools Thanks & Regards, *Andy Jones * *Nihaki Systems Inc* 50 Cragwood Road, Suite#216 South Plainfield, NJ- 07080.
