Job Title: Technical Writer with SASS Location: Eagan, MN Duration: 6+ Months Contract The Technical Writer is responsible for create/write/edit a variety of documentation for internal and external use related to the company - GRC technical and security operations. The Technical Writer will work closely with the Information Security and Technical Operations teams to understand key processes, procedures and security controls and translate the information in commercial-quality published documentation. The ideal candidate has both a technical background that enables them to easily interact with a variety of technical support staff and a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality audience-appropriate documentation. Manager is looking for: 1) experience as tech writer (enterprise hosted) 2+ years 2) experience documenting enterprise SASS applications and 3) experience with security control structure frameworks. Looking for candidates that can navigate skills sets across the board, strong verbal communication; someone that is outgoing. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a project that is assisting in improving operation maturity.
