Job Title: Informatica Developer Location: Denver, CO Duration: 6+ Months Contract Contract - Must be EAD, GC or Citizen *Write up Criteria:* 5+ years experience with Informatica 3+ years experience with Informatica Data Quality tools - Data Analyzer, Data Profiler, and Metadata Manager Experience troubleshooting performance issues with Informatica Data Quality tools. In need of an Informatica Expert to parachute in and address performance issues within Data Quality tools. The right candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively with other consultants, Managers and business stakeholders. Experience implementing best practices and documenting knowledge transfer is a requirement. Primary requirements: Informatica Data Quality tools - Data Analyzer, Data profiler, Metadata Manager 5 - 7 years of IT Experience with Informatica 3+ Yrs of Data Quality tools Experience Strong Hands on Informatica DQ tools including Metadata Manager. Should have experience in Unix shell scripting, SQL, Informatica Powercenter Demonstrated experience implementing Informatica's Data Quality applications for both business and technology users across a full development life-cycle. Knowledge of DQ standard, guidelines and best practices Knowledge of Data Profiling guide lines and best practices. Knowledge of best practices on Process Sequence, Dictionaries, DQ Lifecycles, Naming Convention, Version Control Matching Component Selection Guidelines Must be both hands-on as well as have the ability to define and explain complex concepts and solution/design to technical and business audiences. The Informatica Data Quality Developer is responsible for designing, testing, deploying, and documenting the data quality procedures and their outputs. Throughout each project phase, the DQ Developer provides relevant outputs and results from the data quality procedures, including any ongoing procedures that will run after project end. The DQ Developer must also document at a functional level how the procedures work within the data quality applications.
