Location: St.Louis, MO or Franklin Lakes, NJ
Term: 3-6months

· Experience with PBM - Pharmacy Benefit Management
BA Description
Description: Day to day activities include facilitating JAR sessions,
conducting
follow-up meetings with client business & product engineers, writing high level
and detailed level requirements, creating current and future state process
flows, performing gap analysis etc. During later phases (Design, Dev, Test,
UAT) support would be given transitioning requirements to the respective teams
(including creation of user stories), as well as creating and keeping the RTM
up-to-date following ESI's change control process.
Requirements:
· 5+ years of experience in business analysis preferred.
· Experience in Facilitating JAR Sessions,
· Experience with Requirements Gathering
· Background in healthcare
· Experience with PBM - Pharmacy Benefit Management
· Excellent Comm. Skill
· Experience at MEDCO, ESI, WALGREENS, CVS Caremark, or other
Healthcare
clients that utilize PBM
