The lead experience is mandatory to apply for this position. Job Title: Lead SAS Clinical Programmer Location: Rahway, NJ or North Wales, PA They will hire over the phone. Duration: 12 plus months Job Description: Participate on teams and provide programming support for large or complex programs. Accountable for meeting project timelines, major project milestones and overall project quality for assigned protocols. Develop and manage project plans for coordinating programming activities across multiple India-based programmers and other SPAs (as needed). Monitor quality of deliverables from assigned India-based programming team; provide mentoring and SME support as required to finalize deliverables. Support resource estimation as needed. Escalate risk with resource estimates, timelines, and deliverables. Participate in internal and client facing strategic technical, process improvement, and programming standards initiatives. Lead programming activities required for analysis and reporting of clinical trials and regulatory submissions for small to mid-size programs. Serves as lead programming representative or participant on client study teams for assigned protocols. Work closely with the statistician and cross-functional teams to define requirements for statistical analysis and regulatory submissions. Thanks.
