*Send me updated resumes to su...@veritis.com <su...@veritis.com> or you can reach me on 817-873-0014.* *Title: Java Developer* *Location: Phoenix, AZ* *Start Date: 09/02/2014* *End Date: 12/31/2014* *Rate: $45 - $50/hr on C2C* *JOB DUTIES:* • Work as an individual contributor with minimum support from Management • Have outstanding technical leadership approach to solve problems with minimum resources • Be responsible for all aspects of SDLC – Design, development and testing(including test automation) • Hands on in analyzing product development, design and articulate expected testing approach • Write well designed and modularized code • Produces test that provide sufficient test coverage for areas of responsibility • Interfaces with other functional teams on aspects of the feature or sub-system • Frequently interfaces with Product Managers and other leadership • Be proactive to take new initiative and drive it to completion • Identify project risks and recommend actions to minimize risk *JOB REQUIREMENTS* • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Minimum of 7 year experience in fast-paced software industry with an understanding of QA methodologies. • 4-5 years hands on experience with Java Development • 4-5 years hands on experience with DB technologies (Oracle, Sql Server etc) • Experience with Hadoop/Cassandra • Experience with writing automation tests using Selenium preferred or should be able to learn quickly • Working knowledge of front-end/ back-end/Web applications • Ability to document and track defects, as well as produce detailed reports using defect tracking tools • Experience working in Agile teams • Familiarity with software development lifecycles • Working knowledge of Source control tools (GIT preferably) • Understanding of Object Oriented design and methodologies • Strong team player yet able to work with minimum supervision • Strong understanding of database concepts -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "project managment" group.
