Interface with business stakeholders/users to identify project opportunities - 2. Review existing applications in the landscape and understand current state and usage - 3. Analyze engagement model with business and finalize best possible ways of working - 4. Review requirements for new projects and help finalize resource plan and prioritized schedule - 5. Reverse Engineer on the BO (3.1 & 4) repositories and extract more information as defined in Justification - 6. Assess the BO landscape and architecture for all repositories and applications ( 3.1 v and 4.0 v – Prod, Stage, Test & Dev instances) including architectural standards, environment , coding, integration standards, 3rd party tools usage - 7.
