Please share with me your candidate profile on dars...@riderconsultinginc.com Job Title: Java/J2EE Developer Location: Reston, VA Duration: 12+ Months Contract **GC or USC Only (H4-EAD we can consider)** Job Description: Required skills: · J2EE development · Knowledge of Oracle · Oracle Fusion/BPEL · Angular.JS · Best practice experience with single-sign implementations · Agile Scrum team experience Preferred candidate would have experience with: · Healthcare industry specifically Medicare/Medicaid pharmacy claims adjudication · Experience with Amazon Web Services development · SQL and PL/SQL scripting · Web development · WebLogic · OpenIG Essential Functions: · Participates in and may direct the analysis of efficient, cost effective application solutions which support client business processes and functional requirements · Performs and may direct software coding, testing, debugging, documentation and installation tasks for on-line and batch processes in accordance with industry best practices and specific internal procedures and standards · Analyze business processes in order to define application functional requirements and technical specifications · Guides, formulates, and contributes to, and directs task identification, work effort estimates, and work schedules for development and maintenance activities · Participates in and may direct problem definition and problem resolution activities · Coordinates with internal departments to provide associated deliverables required for successful completion of development and maintenance assignments (e.g., database development, job scheduling, network support, help desk orientation, client implementation readiness, etc.) · Responsible for knowledge transfer to staff · May provide on-call support and may coordinate on-call response efforts as assigned · Performs other duties as required Requirements/Certifications: · Candidates would perform application analysis and design, new solution and maintenance programming. · The position responsibilities to include supporting technology tool assessments and associated tasks for production application systems, integrated software and hardware application configurations. · Candidates would participate in software/hardware releases and installation tasks in non-production and production environments. · Candidates should perform as an expert technical resource to development staff in all phases of primary system and subsystem development, and in both the implementation and post-implementation processes. · Acts as subject matter expert on IT technical and process capabilities. · Minimum 7 years programming and analysis experience in a J2EE environment.
