*Basic Qualifications – Project Management*

·         Strong knowledge of SharePoint, preferably, SharePoint 2013.

·         Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential.

·         Experience in managing SharePoint related initiatives

·         Track record of successful project delivery.

·         Excellent conceptual, problem solving, and analytical skills.

·         Competency in interviewing program stakeholders and documenting
functional specifications.

·         Familiarity with different project methodologies.

·         Knowledge of best practices for developing documentation.

·         Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize multiple tasks
and projects.

·         Ability to work with technical staff and faculty to answer
questions and enhance requirements when needed.

·         Ability to capture, verify and mange requirements and requirement
traceability in support of product development, test and delivery.

·         4 – 7 years of skills as a Project Manager/Change Manager.

·         3 – 5 years of skills as a data, application and/or integration
architect.

·         3+ years of skills in application development/programming in
Java, .Net or equivalent.

·         2+ years of skills SharePoint architecture, administration and
solution development.

·         2+ years analytical problem solving, business analyst experience.
