Role: PHP Programmer Duration: About 6+ months Location: Jamaica, NY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS • Basic knowledge and some experience applying programming logic to the development and debugging of software applications. • Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems and internet technologies. • Good interpersonal skills, ability to function as part of a team that might include end-users as well as other technical staff. • Object-oriented application building experience in a professional Agile/Scrum environment • Good oral and written communications skills. • Good analytical skills. • User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments • Excellent coding skill in PHP, Java, and/or C++ • Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Dojo and Angular JS • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git • Experience in object oriented PHP programming and Zend Framework 1 and 2 • Experience in database design, Oracle 11g or higher, SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, TOAD, MY SQL • Knowledge of report writer tools such as BIRT, Web Focus.
