This potential candidate will perform Business Analysis work as a member of the Marketing Technical Support group. The potential candidate will work with business requirements, testing scripts, installations, deployments, and client support. We need a professional willing to drive change to help the team to move to the next level. The potential candidate will have a high level of interaction with business users and IT counterparts. Assess customer business requirements, match these requirements to objectives and guide them to the processes and solutions, including developing specifications and enhancements that will achieve business goals. Serve as a business analyst on small to large-sized technical projects. Work under direction of project managers or lead Business Analysts. Learn to facilitate small project teams throughout the systems development life cycle, including project definition, requirements gathering, design, development, test, release and post-implementation support. Work to develop solutions to moderately complex problems. Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives. Goal oriented, task driven decision-making with a strong sense of accountability. Focused on improving productivity, profitability and business processes; delivering solutions on time and within budget. Work with stakeholders and IT peers to identify business process improvements through process and systems. Participate in cross-functional process improvement project teams and provide technical and business process expertise. Execute patch management and deployment of Security patches to Windows servers. Execute Disaster Recovery exercises for business-critical applications. Work with vendors and internal customers (manufacturing engineers) in the management of manufacturing systems. The routine duties are system support, server backups, future expansion, and assistance in validation activities. Drive standardization across businesses of processes. Effectively communicate with various levels of the organizations: business stakeholders and IT colleagues. Build and maintain active, collaborative relationships with stakeholders, project teams and IT peers. Partner with other IT colleagues to share experiences and leverage common systems. Provide operational assistance to business stakeholders for issues impacting their ability to effectively meet their business objectives. Strong results orientation (driving to deadlines, financial targets, project goals, etc.) Willingness to learn and develop through partnerships with team leadership. YEARS OF EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION 12+ years of IT experience with a GED/High School Graduate 10+years of IT experience with Associate Degree 4+ years of IT experience with a Bachelors Degree 2+ years of IT Experience with a Masters Degree SPECIALIZED SKILLS OR KNOWLEDGE: Subject matter expert in business requirements and the translation of them into technical solutions. Understanding of the full product development life cycle. Experience writing test cases, test scripts, test configurations and test execution. Detailed Understanding Of: Marketing experience and working with sales team. Call center experience such as IVR, telephony, CTI, etc Nice to Have: Experience with Salesforce.com Experience in leading small projects with teams of 3+ people in a project atmosphere and coordinating activities with other teams to achieve common goals. Experience working in a team-based environment while being accountable to individual work assignments. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Deals well with uncertainty/ambiguity and possess ability to research, analyze and document problems (system/process). Experience dealing with customer, high management and stakeholders. Must be organized, detail oriented and proven strong analytical/trouble shooting skills Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
