Ensures uniformity of services, adherence to standards, and consistency of infrastructure delivery Design, implementation and support of a multi-domain directory infrastructure platform Analyze and evaluate major system project requirements of considerable complexity requiring a thorough understanding of all parameters affecting and interfacing with the system Review customer requirements and provides direction in the identification of problem and potential resolution Communicate effectively with customers, peers and supervisors and be the point of the contact for the services being delivered.
