Job title: Sr. QA Location: Horsham, PA Duration: 16 months+ (likely will run into 2019) *In person interview is required* *Max rate: $45/hr on C2C or $40/hr on W2* TOP MUST HAVE SKILLS: 1. Experience with ATDD using Cucumber 2. Experience in testing complex applications (e.g., Claims Adjudication) in Healthcare Industry Responsibilities: Work with SMEs to understand Medicare Claims business Proactively research business P&P to understand the business context of the change being delivered Automate testing using cucumber for functional testing Review existing feature files and implement best practices Understand end to end (E2E) business process flows and supporting systems Design comprehensive test strategies to cover different levels of testing (functional and cross-system integration and regression) Execute tests and manage defect triaging and regression Provide up-to-date test metrics and statuses for the leadership Provide guidance and leadership to offshore team Actively participate in scaled agile ceremonies Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field and 6+ years of related work experience. 6+ years of experience testing complex applications (upstream, downstream systems, several interfaces, core business rules) 2+ years of experience in writing features files in Cucumber.
