JD as follows: *Role: Technical Scrum Master (4 years of experience in Agile)* *Location: Atlanta, GA (Need Locals to GA)* · 5+ years as Scrum master · Sound knowledgeable of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc. · Good skills to coach team how to follow agile scrum, which really works. · Understand the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development. · Should have knowledge about Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games, Jira Dashboard. · Ability to take and understand his commitment to deliver the product on time. · Know about the value of metrics and incremental delivery. · Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc. · Understanding the business purpose of the story and defining and analyzing possible alternative ways of satisfying the business purpose of the story · Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders) · Working directly with the Product Owner product owners to handle backlogs and new requests · Planning and estimating development tasks with team that are required to fulfill the stories · Work with various stakeholders to clarify and further define the details of how the story should be implemented · Outstanding organizational skills with ability to resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur · Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint · Taking overall responsibility for “shepherding” the story through the process all the way to (and including) UAT.
