*Role : SAP HCM consultant* *Location : Atlanta, GA* *Visa : NO H1 Transfers* *Job Roles / Responsibilities: * SAP HCM Functional Consultant, expertise in OM, PA, Payroll, Benefits, Time Management, and third party interfaces. Required Utilities industry with 10-15 years of experience. *Job responsibilities* - Provide SAP HCM functional expertise by acting as subject matter expert and lead team through the entire systems development lifecycle - Responsible for incidents and change management - Work end to end on the project life cycle including fit/gap, configuration, and testing including parallel testing - Work with the system integrators to get the SAP system configured including Quality assurance and acceptance of the deliverables by the integrator *What skills and qualifications are needed in order to perform the job?* - Ability to work as a team player in matrix organization with business and IT teams - Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills - Experience with the full lifecycle of SAP Payroll implementations - Strong analytical capabilities.
