Maintaining the weekly KPI status reports & in conducting the client governance calls on reviewing the team performance. Responsible for maintaining the Knowledge Database by documenting frequent issues and workarounds for resolution at first line, and in creating Knowledge Articles. Driving key operational services such as Problem management and Change Management. Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Spoken) with ability to conduct L3 level troubleshooting in the application systems. He/She should act as POC for L3 issues reported by support or user.
