Details:
There is no point talking about "Project Member CVS Access via SSH",
"Importing CVS tree" to everyone.
"Project Member" make sense only to project members
"Import" and this kind of things make sense only to project admins.
Once the Documentation system will be up, part of this will be in the doc
only (like Import).
