Now that archzoom is in place, I think we should stop adding new
services until a long time (unless we are talking about new servers). 

I think we provide a quite large range of services, three different
SCMs (one being radically different from the two others, one being the
legacy usual one, one being the replacement of the legacy one), enough
to help libre software developers to carry out their work.

All these services implies already a lot a thing, a lot of http daemons
running etc. I think it would not be wise to add more
resources-consuming services on our current server park.  

But, indeed, this applies to the existing park. If we get new servers
with appropriate bandwidth, we can imagine extending our services (as
we already discussed; redundancy for mail/dns, maybe PHP for
homepages) but even then, we should be parcimonious. 

I'm sending this mail because it has been mentioned to me that we
could provide also Darcs, Bazaar.
