Hello,

I think we should post a news item saying we'd like someone familiar
with arch to join us to help addressing issues related to arch.
I'm not familiar with arch and I have to waste a lot of time to get
familiar with it just to answer someone support requests.
(support #204, #299)

Maybe at a later point we'll all be familiar with arch.

But for now, I think we should consider asking if anybody is
interested in helping us for arch.

Anybody could join, but it need to be a long term involvement (I mean
there's no point joining us for one month, it have to be for at least
a year). First help he can provide is to address support request as
technician, in acceptable delay (< 3 weeks). If he proves to be
trustful, we can give him access to gna machines so he can address
more complicated issues.

What do you think?

Regards,
