Just because the author of the document is not the FSF France or the
FSF and we did not signed copyright assigment to the FSF France or the
FSF.

Apart from that, as Gna! is an autonomous entity, it looks normal to
me that its own Constitution depends only on itself. If someone else
was the copyright holder, the Article 5 would probably not works.
