3) Run a
"chmod +s /usr/local/bin/pserver.pl /usr/local/bin/svnserve.pl"
after the gnapgnap-lisa upgrade on lisa.
For some reason, the .postinst script that is supposed to handle it is
ignored (since we switched to sarge I think) and if we do not do that,
anonymous CVS and SVN go down.
