Details:
The number of projects using cia bot increased this last month.
It required many manual intervention.
I intend to now activate cia for all projects.
I dont think it will increase the load and apparently we have nothing to do
appart to automatically add the relevant line in the svn project creation
script.
I will be live in a few days.
