Details:
Using bogofilter in addition to spamassassin should save CPU time, even if
solely trained on spam as detected by spamd.
Maybe some short greylisting could help as well, for instance one minute. I'm
not sure spambots would keep trying for more than one minute while this would
have no noticeable impact on legit users.
