It would be my preference to keep everything centralized on this mailing
list rather than fracture the current movement between
[email protected] and [email protected]. The latter has had almost
zero traffic since it was started, anyway, with nothing significant added in
recent months. That contrasts very sharply with the discussion that's been
happening here in the last two days.

Moreover, a grassroots effort such as this should have complete transparency
such as this list (instead of an invite-only council list). Complete
transparency also benefits us in that it can attract potential new
contributors who otherwise wouldn't know they are needed.
