Hi David,

I assume you mean controlling the wheel steering angle, correct? If yes, that
is not easily done, except through a somewhat convoluted way where you
implement a custom steering mechanism that can actuate the left and right
suspension tierods independently. Could you please elaborate on what exactly
you are trying to do?

Chrono::Vehicle does support multiple steered axles. You can do that using a
single steering mechanism connected to multiple axles or else multiple steering
mechanisms, one per steerable axle (see for example the MAN 10t truck
model<https://github.com/projectchrono/chrono/blob/8ac815da22ae2b6d4c1c2fbe0952ca5eeb52b4b5/src/chrono_models/vehicle/man/MAN_10t_Vehicle.cpp#L158>).

Subject: [chrono] Dissociated steering wheel ?

Hello,

I would like to know if in the Vehicle module, it would be possible to control
the angle of each wheel. Also, would it be possible to have two steering axles
(front and rear) on the same vehicle.

Thanks !

David
