I assume you are talking about simulations using Chrono::Vehicle. The default Z up can be changed using ChWorldFrame. See for example demo_VEH_HMMWV9_YUP<https://github.com/projectchrono/chrono/blob/main/src/demos/vehicle/wheeled_models/demo_VEH_HMMWV9_YUP.cpp>.
