Stefan,

Your question is not very well posed. That frame simply locates the suspension
subsystem on the chassis and is not associated with any particular body in the
suspension assembly. As such, it represents a point that is always fixed on
the vehicle chassis. If you want to find the linear velocity of that point
(which is, again, rigidly moving with the chassis body), you can find it using
the function PointSpeedLocalToParent on the chassis body which will return the
velocity vector at that point expressed in the chassis body local frame which
you can then further express in the global frame. The angular velocity of that
point will be the angular velocity of the chassis body.

If you are interested in the velocity of specific bodies in the suspension
assembly, you can access those, but that is specific to a particular suspension
template (all suspensions only guarantee they will have two spindle bodies,
left and right; beyond that each suspension type has its own topology and set
of bodies).

Subject: [chrono] How to get the speed and acceleration of vehicle based on the
rear suspension frame

Hello,
I want to get the global and local speed based on the rear suspension frame,
just like the frame o'' in the picture attached. Can I get the ChBodyAuxRef
class of rear suspension frame like chassis body, in this way I can get the
global and local speed based on the rear suspension frame.
