Thank you Radu and Luning for your replies.  Yes that completely make 
sense. I only get the errors when I enable Multicore module. I tried 
installing Vehicle, core and some other main modules and built in release 
and debug  with no problem but when I enabled Multicore (and only 
multicore), I get all the Blaze-related errors so I assume the problem is 
multicore module compilation.  As per Radu's suggestion in the other reply, 
I'lll try to go with Blaze 3.6 and VS 2022, 17.1.3 to see if I still get 
the errors and let you guys know.
