The documentation you see online is itself generated with doxygen. To create it locally, simply make a copy of the Doxyfile<https://github.com/projectchrono/chrono/blob/main/doxygen/Doxyfile> in the Chrono distribution and modify it as needed (e.g., change OUTPUT_DIRECTORY), then run doxygen on it. Then simply open in a browser the index.html that will be generated in the directory you specified as OUTPUT_DIRECTORY.
