Hi Chen and Deniz, I should have noticed that this was a debug assertion failing and test a Debug build. Thanks for pointing this out, Deniz! I can confirm that I get the same behavior.
Having said that, this is something that should be further investigated and fixed. The problem occurs in the third-party library HACDv2 (for convex decomposition). Stepping through the code with a debugger should help identify the underlying issue.
