A couple of questions: * Are you talking about execution speed of the two different programs or actual vehicle speeds? * What version of PyChrono do you use and how did you install it? * What version of the Chrono sources do you use and how did you build it? Did you use a Release build? * To compare apples to apples, it would be best to build the Python Chrono module (aka PyChrono) yourself, simultaneously with the other Chrono modules and therefore using consistent settings.
