I am working on *polymer extrusion and deposition simulation* (3D printing with polymers) and wanted to check if this can be implemented in *ProjectChrono*. Below are the key details of the process: 1. Molten polymer is extruded from the nozzle at *melting temperature* with a *shear rate*. 2. The substrate is deposited onto the *printing bed* or a *previously deposited bead*. 3. The material *cools and solidifies* after deposition. Currently, we are *not considering phase change*, but we would like to incorporate *temperature- and shear rate-dependent viscosity changes*. This means the simulation should be able to *calculate shear rate and track temperature variations* throughout the process. I would appreciate any suggestions or guidance on this.
