Could you please double check if your ROS2 installation is correct and it's enabled in the same terminal as you run cmake? If you believe it's enabled, could you please report the value of ROS_DISTRO and AMENT_PREFIX_PATH using "echo $ROS_DISTRO" and "echo $AMENT_PREFIX_PATH"? Thank you very much!
