Nurut hadis yg satu, mut'a dilarang, tp nurut hadis yg lain, mut'a ga dilarang.
Tinggal masalah muter2 lidah aja dan siapa yg lbh kuat, maka yg kuat itulah yg bisa nentukan ngelacur dilarang apa kagak. Ga ada patokan yg benar di hadis dan Quran, semua urusan "tafsir". Kawin mut'a itu di awalnya udah disebutkan unt brp lama, kalo kawin kontrak di India atau Puncak, gua rasa ga ada kontrak berapa lama, jadi itu bukan mut'a, tp kawin Islami. Tau sama tau aja bhw kawinnya bukan permanen, tp ga perlu ada di kontrak yg berarti bukan kawin mut'a. 4:25 itu sebetulnya bilang boleh mencari kenikmatan dgn harta. Cuma terjemahannya diubah unt nutup2in auloh itu ngehalalin pelacuran. Di Saudi kawin mishyar masih ada dan legal (kl ga salah). Itu jg salah satu bentuk free sex.
