dua jempol untuk manajemen Toto ... dimana karyawan ( di hirarkis manajemen ke atas tentunya ) nddak hanya bekerja untuk sekedar mencari uang ...namun sudah melihat pekerjaan sebagai sarana aktualisasi diri.
