A sweet way to good health

Few consume chocolate without feeling guilty. No one, other than manufacturers 
of chocolate sweets, was prepared to say a good word about it, claiming instead 
its alleged harm such as tooth rot and obesity.

Scientists tell us chocolate (the dark, bitter type) is good for you. 
Previously it was thought to cure depression, although some experts disagree. 
It is also known antioxidants in plants - which in chocolate are called 
flavenoids - are useful in slowing the "bad" cholesterol, LDL. 

Now Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine has confirmed findings of four 
years ago that chocolate, if consumed in moderation, will reduce blood clots.

So next time you feel guilt when eating chocolate, remember all the good it can
