Padahal kalo sewa server, paling2 cuma beberapa puluh juta rupiah sethn.
Malahan
kalo cuma pasang website aja, sebln ongkosnya bisa di bawah 100 ribu.

Kalo punya server sendiri, biayanya bisa kira2 dihitung sbb:
- 1 buah server, katakanlah Rp 20 juta
- 1 buat modem, paling cuma beberapa juta max
- UPS unt 1 server dan 1 modem max beberapa juta
- software, paling2 beberapa puluh juta
- sewa bandwidth ke ISP, gua rasa paling2 cuma beberapa juta/bln.

GImana bisa sampe milyaran? Hehehe....

House: Website did not cost Rp 9 billion
The Jakarta Post, Jakarta | Thu, 05/12/2011 12:39 PM | National

An official at the Data and Information Monitoring Center (P3DI) of the House
of
Representatives Secretariate General says the budget allocated for maintaining
the House website, www.dpr.go.id, was Rp 179 million (US$20,943) per year.

The Indonesian Budget Center recently released information that the House had
allocated around Rp 8.4 billion to upgrade the site and Rp 1.4 billion for its
maintenance.

"The maintenance of the website ... cost only Rp 179 million per year," P3DI
chief Damayanti said.

She added that this amount covered five areas including server maintenance and
providing an uninterrupted power supply (UPS) system.

Damayanti added that the website had cost Rp 1.4 billion to set up, way under
the ceiling cost of Rp 4.3 billion budgeted for the project.

The cost of the upkeep was minimized because House employees took
responsibility
for its maintenance.

"We did not have a big budget because everything [else] was provided free of
charge, including applications," she added, as reported by tribunnews.com.
