Openstack Exporter version which we are using is 1.0.0. The point is the status of different neutron services for eg neutron-openvswitch-agent,neutron-l3-agent etc are in UP State then why the metric value of openstack_neutron_up is 0 . Even I checked with Openstack team and they confirmed that the neutron service is available.
