Prometheus doesn't support importing historical data yet - see https://prometheus.io/docs/introduction/roadmap/#backfill-time-series . So it is impossible to import data from InfluxDB to Prometheus at the moment. But you can import InfluxDB data to other TSDB systems with tools like vmctl <https://github.com/VictoriaMetrics/vmctl>.
