A build of 0.29.0 was pushed to Docker Hub but not Quay. Are release builds still pushed to Quay? We have found Docker Hub to be unreliable so we try to avoid dependencies on their services. We might need to mirror internally if that is now the only option. Wanted to ask before I do that.
