How ? For many readers there is simply no option. [flame on] Newsgroups/Email is traditionally a text only medium. There are many people who are adversely affected by non-text postings. Consider the visually challenged who use speech synthesisers to read their mail, or people who dial in via poor phone lines or via long distance (e.g. timed) calls. There are even users who log in via HF radio when in remote areas or while at sea. Imagine downloading HTML and other crap on a 300 baud radio link. The more that Text Email is polluted by HTML, the less useful it will become in the long run. Unfortunately most Windoze Mail Readers seem to default to a non-text setting.
