Hello, 100 ohms is hard to get. For a simple microstrip, the height (distance to ground plane) has to be about 3 times the trace width (for fr4). One to one gives about 75 ohms. The easy one is 50 ohms, trace width about 2 times the height. Burieed lines will have even lower impedance. I suggest that you have a talk with the designer!
