We had this happen at Cornet Technology Inc several times. As a safeguard,
after installation, we copy all ini, rcs, and Protel related files as a back
just in case it occurs again. It has only happened once to me, but has
happened several times to other engineers I work with. I recommend
keeping a backup of Protel ini, rcs and ras files
