I have noticed that about 20% of the time after I move a PCB component then try to reroute using Protel 99SE it gets in some sort of infinite loop where it appears to be placing then removing the same route over and over. It makes me wish it had some sort of "Kick in the ass" button that would somehow force it to move on. I end up having to stop it, move some component, then try again. Is there some setting that controls this type of thing?
