O persoana, functionar public care are un copil (minor) incredintat sotului /
sotiei (de care a divortat), trebuie, sau nu, sa-l treaca pe acesta (in caz ca,
sa zicem, copilul are un cont in banca) in declaratia de avere?
In caz ca trebuie si ca nu-l trece totusi, cum se poate dovedi falsul in
declaratii?
