I have tried with the following dependencies:

I have attached a full list of packages installed in the virtual
environment, if anybody wishes to check something ('Conda_list.txt').
Any hints as to what I may be doing incorrectly would be greatly
appreciated.
I plan to compile Protobuf from source
<https://github.com/protocolbuffers/protobuf/tree/main/src> to try to get
it to work.
OS: Ubuntu 20.04
Package Manager: Conda
