Same applies to proton-j:
DeliveryImpl has no setMessageFormat() method and always returns 0 from its
getMessageFormat() method, even though the incoming Transfer frames may have
contained a different value or none at all as per the related bug report, with
the value on outgoing Transfer frames always set to 0 (regardless of the
getMessageFormat() result for the delivery being sent).
