Description: The transaction section of the spec states that this
properties map is used to specify a txn-id for transaction acquisition. Even if
this is not supported, resources are supposed to detect that being set and
detach with not-implemented. So at present it is not possible to be compliant
with the spec in this regard when using proton. (was: The transaction section
