I remember asking [~gsim] about warnings in the doc build back when doing 0.10
(I think), and there being some discussion with [~kgiusti] about whether
something should have been the way it was, which I think it might have been the
same bit as changed here. Either of you recall the details (which went over my
head..) ? :)
